Beeso Studio Portfolio Company, Abstrakt, Wins Startup Showdown

Abstrakt, a real-time call coaching software, moves up their roadmap of integration into popular sales engagement platforms and dialers, like Outreach and Salesloft, with new funding.

OMAHA, Nebraska – March 11, 2022 — A sales team is a crucial part of many tech companies. From qualifying leads to closing the deal, companies spend hours and dollars investing in their sales force to sell their unique technology. Abstrakt Corp is saving time for companies by offering real-time call coaching software. With Abstrakt’s state-of-the-art technology, qualifying questions aren’t missed, communication is clear and post call analysis is available right away.

Abstrakt Corp is one of the portfolio companies from Beeso Studio, Omaha-based startup studio, who won a $120,000 investment from Panoramic Ventures through Startup Showdown in Atlanta.

Abstrakt Corp won the competition for entrepreneurs designed to showcase and fund early-stage technology companies. Thousands of companies had applied to the pitch competition and only five were invited to the final round to pitch in-person.

With the new investment, Abstrakt has raised a total of $730,000 through early market validation and investor excitement.

The Startup Showdown series is hosted by Panoramic Ventures, the venture capital investment team of BIP Capital, one of the most active VC firms in the Southeast. Panoramic is led by highly successful entrepreneurs and investors Paul Judge and Mark Buffington.

Abstrakt is one of Beeso Studio’s earliest partnerships. The collaboration between Beeso Studio and Abstrakt’s team has allowed them to rapidly develop an innovative solution while maintaining capital efficiency.

Abstrakt Offers Real-Time Call Coaching Software

Abstrakt is redefining the conversational intelligence market by offering real-time call coaching software. You no longer need to wait until the call is over or an opportunity is lost to make a change.

“We were tired of conversational intelligence being reactive with sales calls. Going over what went wrong after the call means you’ve already lost the opportunity. I knew there was a better way, but people kept telling us it couldn’t be done,” says Abstrakt founder, Greg Reffner.

Abstrakt is focused on solving three major problems: Reps forgetting to ask qualifying questions, reps incorrectly handling objections, and post call analysis taking too long to process. By using high-level computer science and computational linguistics, sales people are able to see the conversation automatically recognized in real time. Managers are able to identify keywords that a customer may use within the software and build a recommended response to prompt their team during sales calls. Abstrakt works on any video or dialer tool on a computer without the need for integration..
