The Nostalgic Emergency

Remember the days when a dying phone felt like an emergency? It was a mad rush to find where you could get a charge and you didn’t want to miss one minute of content, tweets, likes, TikTok, or Insta. Our definition of emergency will probably be fundamentally shifted now that we are living with a pandemic. Many of us in tech are lucky to be working from home where a charge is always available. Perspective-taking is always an important exercise in entrepreneurship. Especially now, with our current crisis, we need to think hard about how to classify what is an emergency and what is not. It is particularly helpful to keep this in mind while managing the stress and demands of launching businesses
