  1. Mission Control GG – Saint Louis

Mission control is an esports platform designed to build community online by hosting recreational esports leagues for organizations and communities. The company was founded in 2018 by Austin Smith, Byron Abrigg, and Brandon Smith and recently raised a 1.75 million round last June.

  1. CareSignal – Saint Louis

CareSignal operates a remote monitoring and reporting platform that uses automated text messages to communicate with patients in real time using their smart phones. Use cases include the management of chronic conditions, behavioral health, maternal health, screenings, and other patient support situations.  Founded in 2015, the company has grown to 20 employees as they look to expand to larger markets.  

  1. SteadyMDSaint Louis

Steady MD was founded in 2016 to provide virtual doctor visits and virtual concierge medicine.  Their membership price begins at 99 dollars per month. Steady MD raised $6 million in April of 2020

  1. Genesis Systems – Kansas City

Water scarcity is a global problem.  Genesis Systems is using multiple technologies to create sustainable water systems. One solution is to generate freshwater from the air in places that water is in limited supply. They raised $2.85 million in May of 2020.

  1. Vortex Surgical – Chesterfield

Vortex surgical has several eye surgery products on the market today from laser probes to tiny disposable surgical forceps.  They raised $2.78 million in April of 2020.

  1. Nous Imaging – St. Louis

Nous imaging specializes in MRI imaging technology.  People move around when they are receiving an MRI.  Their software supports clearer pictures through patient stabilization technology.  They raised $6.6 million in December of 2019.

  1. Tesseract – Kansas City

Tesseract provides software and IOT hardware for location tracking on job sites and on campuses. In the era of contact tracing and social distancing, Tesseract has the tools to create a data trail for individual movements. The company raised $2.4 million in January of 2020.

  1. Daupler – Kansas City

Daupler is a utility mapping and monitoring company.  They specialize in utility management automation for cities and municipalities.  They raised $1.76 million in July of 2020.

  1. Compatio – Springfield

Compatio is an expert recommendation system for online and offline retailers.  They use covariance data to recommend related products and services to improve sales and improve customer satisfaction.  They raised $530K in September of 2020.

  1. GiftAMeal – Saint Louis

GiftAMeal is a photo sharing restaurant review app that partners with local restaurants.  They engage users by making the socially conscious choice to donate a meal every time a user takes a photo at a participating restaurant.  They raised $200K in August of 2020.
