The Struggle to Re-brand

One of my main points of contention with the “hustle” lifestyle is that it doesn’t do a very good job of helping entrepreneurs understand the difference between the time you invest into growing your company versus identifying when you are stuck in an unproductive rut. Many times the “hustle” lifestyle can create an environment of chaos where you are constantly busy. You are working hard and going for your goals, after all! Unfortunately, there is a wide gap between being simply “busy” versus putting in work that is going to move the dial in the direction you want. Be careful when you join the fray and stop to pause and consider whether the work you are doing is actually struggle in the disguise of “hustle.”
